The 2nd parking can be made available for extra monthly parking fee. Furniture Optional - if you would like to have the apartment fully furnished, the monthly rent will be $3950 per month. Pets allowed. Pet deposit fee of $500. No smoking. Tenants responsible for all utitities - gas, electric, heat and water. The rent amount includes the high-speed gigabit speed WiFI Internet and water/sewer. Month-to-month lease starting on Aug 1, 2026 with an option of converting to annual lease. Tenants pay for all utilities - natural gas, electric, water/sewer and the Internet. The rent amount includes the water/sewer and the WiFi Internet access. The lease includes the lease of the two Google WiFi access points inside the leased premises. No smoking allowed by tenants or any guests. One pet allowed (medium size dog) - any costs associated with the cleaning after the pet will be either billed to tenants or taken from the security deposit.
