Apartment at the Woodlands coming available August 1st. Unfortunately, work is requiring me to relocate out of state, so I need to find someone to take over my lease. The apartment was brand new at my move in, and is on the bottom floor facing the back yard area (not the parking lot), and has a cute little porch/deck. There is in unit laundry. All appliance were brand new at move in. Air and heat works great, and has been very cheap monthly. The community is smoke free, and allows pets. They are in the process of building a pool and dog parks, and they have a beautiful club house currently open. My rent rate is cheaper than if you were to move in to a new apartment.
