Cape Royale is a gated lake front community om Lake Livingston. Its about 30 minutes to Livingston, 40 minutes to Willis and 50 minutes to Huntsville. This house does have a water view and is within walking distance of the marina. I'm flexible on setting up tours that work for both parties.
