Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. We will also be emailing you the short term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking. We provide trash bags, TP and paper towels to get you started. Spices are available for cooking but we recommend bringing your own if you want to be certain. Bathrooms have soft soap and the kitchen includes dish / dishwasher soap.
