Your rent includes your heat, hot water, cooking gas and trash. The tenant is responsible for their electric and cable. There is a onetime application fee of $35.00 per person for those who will be financially responsible for the apartment. After the application process if application is approved you will need one month rent and one month security and a onetime $30.00 inspection fee in. All must be check or money orders. There is no need to make an appointment to see our apartments. We are open Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 7:00pm and Friday through Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
