Lease terms are 12 months. The tenant is responsible for all utilities: City of Guymon (gas, water, trash & sewer) and TCEC (electric). There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. Any person over the age of 18 must be included on the application and sign the lease agreement. All pets have to be approved by management and pet owners have to sign a pet policy. Pet fees are $550 and non-refundable.
