You'll have the entire finished basement (approx. 700 square feet) as your own private living space. It includes an 11' x 14' bedroom, a full private bathroom, and additional open space that can be arranged as a living room, home office, workout area, hobby space, or whatever works best for you. The ceilings are 6 feet. The basement has a door that locks from the inside, so you can comfortably retreat and have privacy whenever you need it. It offers much more space and separation than a typical roommate setup while still giving you access to the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry areas elsewhere in the house. There are currently a few cat-related items stored downstairs, but I'm happy to move them depending on your preferences and how you'd like to use the space. There is some furniture optionally available to you. Six-month lease to start with, and then month-to-month if it works out. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. No smoking of any kind. $75 application fee covers background check and credit check.
