Sunny bustling Millennium Park location Location is excellent: corner of Wabash and Madison, unit faces Wabash. El train runs down Wabash but the building was renovated in 2002 and was made with triple pane glass and extra insulation to muffle the noise. Overlooks a station so El comes into station very slow. Station was upgraded a few years ago so the view is great. Unit is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with central a/c and heat. Bedroom has no official door between it and living/family room. Living/Family room: 24' 10" x 12'6", very sunny with full sized windows. Bedroom: 9'6" x 11'3 queen-sized beds fit without problem as well as small dresser and night stands. The closets line one whole side of the bedroom and they are ample in size. Kitchen is well sized and has an island that can fit chairs, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and gas stove. Laundry is in unit, but no parking on premises. There is a storage unit on the same floor that comes with the unit. Xfinity basic cable comes free of charge. Tenant is responsible for paying electric and gas bills. Building has a move in and a move out fee that tenant will be responsible for both on the move-in side as well as the move-out (approx $350). There is a $500 check you must furnish that will NOT be deposited and will be fully refunded to ensure that you won't damage the common elements (elevator, etc) of the building.
