It's been recently renovated with granite throughout, 12-foot ceilings with cedar beams, custom tile work, hand-cut "nichos" in the walls, local artwork, and a traditional gas kiva fireplace that warms the living room with the flip of a switch. We're traveling February through April 2027 and looking for one careful tenant (or household) to make it theirs for the season. Set on 1.3 private acres in Eldorado with no close neighbors, the house looks out over the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the north and the Ortiz Mountains to the south. Over 500 square feet of covered portals wrap the home six outdoor seating areas, two outdoor dining tables, a gas grill, and a private hot tub tucked under the portal with hill views. The kitchen has been fully renovated: granite counters, custom tile backsplash, stainless appliances, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, French press, and plenty of counter space. An open dining area off the kitchen seats four-six. Saltillo tile and bamboo hardwood floors throughout. Mini-split heating and cooling in every room, with radiant floor heating in the living room and wall heaters in both baths. In-unit full-size washer and dryer. Eldorado at Santa Fe is a quiet, high-desert community just under a mile from the Agora shopping area grocery store, coffee, restaurants, hardware store, post office, and the public library and from the community center. The Eldorado trail network is close by for walking and hiking, and the Galisteo Basin Preserve, known for world-class mountain biking, is about 10 minutes away. Santa Fe Plaza is 22 minutes, Trader Joe's 17, Ski Santa Fe 50 minutes, and the Albuquerque Sunport about an hour.
