This is a non-pet street. The newer carport (2005) is 12’ x 28’. Also under the carport is the 8’x7’ storage shed. Beyond the shed is a 12’ x 12’ concrete patio that was added in 2005. It does not have a roof, and the golf cart in NOT included. The driveway is extra long for lots of parking. The raised Florida room has an additional A/C unit in the east wall if you want it cooler. There are clam shell awnings on the living room windows and the rear master bedroom window offer some shade as well. This home is offered furnished with a newer fridge, a cooktop in the center island, wall oven, and dishwasher. The newer washer and dryer are located in the kitchen behind folding doors. The sought after Fuqua model has an abundance of display areas, closets, cabinets, and cupboards. There are built-ins galore with three units at the end of the spacious living room, plenty of room to display your favorite things or store seasonal decorations. More built-ins along the same wall extend into the dining room, with a pair of leaded glass windows that look into the Florida room, a buffet and cabinets, drawers and lighted china cabinets. The dining area has wall mirrors to make it look larger. The center island featured in this particular kitchen has more cupboards above and below the stove top. The wall oven has cabinets above and below along with plenty of other cabinets, and a pantry to the left of the laundry area. Another pantry is in the short hallway to the Florida room. Access the guest bathroom off this hallway as well as through the guest bedroom. The guest bath has a tub/shower; the guest bedroom has a sizeable walk-in closet. The wide center hallway that leads to the bedrooms has a built-in desk with overhead cabinets. This home features a master bedroom suite with an en suite master bath; this bathroom has a long one piece vanity with a large wall mirror, clothes closet, large shower stall, and a floor-to-ceiling linen closet. A large walk-in closet is also part of this master bedroom. The kitchen and guest bathroom have vinyl floors. The rest of the home has older carpet. The Florida room on the south side has a large shade tree at the southeast corner, and a nice view of the green space between the homes. The windows are vertical mylar film sliders with screens on the outside. There are a couple of steps down to the yard from the rear storm door. Price reduced on this pet street! This 1983 Twin Manor has great things going for it. The exterior of the house has been painted, as has the driveway. And the driveway is extra-wide for parking another vehicle. The A/C unit was replaced in 2015 with a rebuilt unit that is a half-ton larger than the original. The shingled roof was replaced in 2005. Tie-downs were done in 2008. There are clam shell awnings on the east and west-facing windows.
