Excellent location in a great school district. The apartment is a lease take over that ends June 11, 2023 and is available for renewal at the same prices with the small increase at renewal. Due to a job transfer, I am listing the apartment. Great price for a short term lease. Plenty of amenities and offerings in the area. I will be conducting tours of the property if you are interested in the apartment. It's a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath and comes "As-Is".
