Private Room with Private Entrance Clinton (Cascades) A private room is opening up in our home in the Cascades neighborhood off Shore Drive in Clinton. Three of us live here now and we're looking to add one more easygoing person. The space: A sunroom set up as a private room. It is about the same size as the other bedrooms, with its own private entrance off the back patio so you can come and go on your own schedule. We're adding A/C before move-in, putting in a wardrobe for closet space, and the connecting door to the adjoining bedroom locks and is covered for full privacy. You'd use the shared hall bath and share the kitchen, living room, dining, laundry, back patio, and garage. There is an attic, garage, and a second fridge/freezer in the garage so we have plenty of storage space. Rent & utilities: $650/mo. Utilities (electric, water, internet, etc.) split evenly by the number of people in the house, so your share stays low. Security deposit equal to one month's rent, due at signing. Location: Minutes from Mississippi College, Clinton Parkway shopping and restaurants, and Olde Towne Clinton, with an easy 15 20 minute drive to Jackson, Madison, and Ridgeland. Community pool and pickleball court within walking distance (optional separate membership, not included in rent). What we're looking for: A guy who's clean, respectful, and pays rent on time ideally a student or young professional under 30 after an affordable place to live. We're a Christian household, so someone who shares that would fit well, though it's not a dealbreaker. Mostly we just want someone easy to live with who takes care of the shared spaces. Utility costs are split by the number of current occupants, pro rated if long absences and adjusted for significant usage and guests.

Collin and I are both getting our master's at Millsaps and were in SAE there and college athletes. We love Jesus, the outdoors, and staying active. Our third roommate, Seth, is a PhD researcher who's big on the outdoors and hunting.
