Our 53' Hatteras Yacht is the perfect place to call home while you enjoy all that the beautiful city of Marathon has to offer. The slip is on a corner space - so there are no direct neighbors offering unique privacy. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom yacht is located in a slip in Marathon Florida, and offers all the comforts of home. The yacht has a social outside salon, where you can relax and entertain guests, or just watch the sunrise with a coffee. Inside, you'll find a large living room (air conditioned) with streaming video and internet, as well as air-conditioning units in each room to keep you cool in the Florida heat. The full galley (kitchen) is equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, and convection oven, so you can cook up a storm if you desire. In addition, there's a Publix grocery store just a 3 minute walk away, so you'll never have to go far for supplies. For outdoor enthusiasts, take advantage of the supplied two e-bikes and fishing boat rentals available in the same marina. Or, rent kayaks for the day and explore the mangroves on Boot Key nearby. Explore the city on two wheels or spend the day fishing in the pristine waters of the Florida Keys by utilizing the boats for rental in the same marina. If you prefer to relax, the resort pool (included) with a Tiki Bar and food is just a short walk away. When it's time to hit the beach, Sombrero beach is just a short bike ride away. Living on a boat on Marathon is a wonderful experience, but it is "living on a yacht", and not in a hotel room! Things can go wrong (but we have a boatman on call that can fix things if they do go wrong). While the AC will get the rooms very nice and cold, there will be the constant hum of AC when they are on. You step on and off a yacht, and the step up will depend on the current tide. It's not hard, but you're getting on a boat. Smoking is allowed on the back deck, but not inside. No big parties, and no loud noise that would disturb others. Minimum rental is 1 full month. Available from mid-April through mid-January only. (We live on it from mid-January through mid-April).
