This single family home has granite countertops and hardwood floors; very nice large, U-shaped eat-in kitchen has Electric Stove/Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Microwave; Living-room has cathedral ceilings with stone-faced gas fireplace (gas is tenant's responsibility); includes a stacking washer/dryer. We require a 1-year lease, $1100 Security Deposit at time of lease signing. One small pet allowed, either a cat or small dog. Owner provides water/sewer (well and septic). Renter must contract for their own trash pick-up, their own power and internet/TV; and if they want to use the gas fireplace, tenant must contract to have a tank installed and pay to have it filled.. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY--NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME OUR OUTSIDE ON THE GROUNDS.
