The beach home was completely restored from the studs up in 2022. This delightful home is set 50 steps from the beach. It has every amenity that you would expect in a beautiful home. Comfortable beds, professional kitchen with gas-fired stove, dishwasher, disposal, double doored fridge, walk-in pantry, new custom cabinetry, interior gas lit fireplace, Sonos sound system, wide screen TV, Amish made dining room table, rain shower style walk-in tiled shower, laundry upstairs where bedrooms are located, office area, WiFi, security system, CO2 monitoring, outdoor security cameras, front knotty pine porch, comfortable furniture, heating and A/C, back deck area, fenced back yard, one cottage from the 7-mile long beach! All utilities included (max $400 per month usage)! Up to nine months of rental only (Must end by May 31, 2027) Tour is available at any time in June 2026. (Fall, Winter, Early Spring). No rentals to anyone under the age of 24. Linens and towels are provided as well as being fully furnished. 1 Queen Bed, 2 full-size beds, and 2 adult-size bunk beds. No smoking, no pets, any evidence of illegal drug use will result in immediate termination of the lease, snow removal is your responsibility in winter, basement access allows snow shovel access and access to two bicycles, off-street driveway parking for 2 cars, Should the need arise, Landlord retains right to enter property upon 24-hour notice in writing (email). The lease runs from September through May 15th. Negotiable for up to 15 days extra or less in either direction. A maximum of 4 people may occupy the property. The renter must have excellent references, good credit, and a suitable reason for renting such as relocation, professional job contract, etc... Requires a $2,500 security deposit and the first month's rent ($2,500) up-front (Total $5,000). Monthly rent INCLUDES utilities, heat, security system, internet, and air conditioning with a maximum cap of $400 in value each month. This utility cap should cover all normal utilities based on usage history. Security deposit returned within 15 days after the end of lease with inspection showing no damage. Please notify us if you break something, normal wear and tear is expected. Items damaged above $100 in value will require you to replace/pay for from security deposit.
