All apt's are new and very large. Carpets, paint, kitchens and bathrooms are all brand new. This is a ground level apartment with laundry machines inside the home. You will be the first to live in since the renovation. All kitchens are oversized and the master bedroom is HUGE!!! Location close to shopping, schools and transportation. I am not the typical section 8 landlord. If there is a repair needed its taken care of immediately. I expect you to be respectful of the others in the bldg.
