Awesome apartment for rent in Del Ray/Alexandria! I just bought a house or otherwise wouldn't be moving as I've loved living here the past three years. It's available around 7/1 ish (I move out 6/23 but they'll need a couple of days to turn it over). It's in the historic and charming Manor House buildings just a block from Mt Vernon Ave in Del Ray, right across the street from Elo's Italian and a couple of blocks to an Aldi, so very walkable. It's super pet friendly but also really quiet and clean. I've never had so much as a fly in my apartment and they do quarterly pest control to make sure it stays that way. It's shared laundry but the laundry is always clean and people honor the sign up system really well so I've never had an issue.
