* The NEI Solar Upton Farm located at 3-5 Walker Drive on 2.04 acres of land is a photovoltaic system comprised of ground mounted solar panels interconnect to National Grid electric distribution system. The system has a size of approximately 327 kWdc and is estimated to be capable of producing 418,714 kWh of energy per year. NEI has a Power Purchase Agreement with the Town of Blackstone, MA for 80% of the net metering credits.
