We are a nice community, located in a quiet 4-family building, in a cozy village a little over an hour from Boston, 40 min to Worchester and 40 min to Springfield. The laundromat, post office, library, Quaboag Regional School, Lucy Stone Park and convenience stores are all within walking distance. There are also many wonderful hiking trails, fishing spots and it is less than a mile from the nearest disc golf course. The property is neighboring the local library, has off street parking for 2 cars, and a large back yard. We are located 15 minutes from Baystate Wing Hospital, 25 minutes from Harrington and 35 minutes from Baystate Hospital. We are also centrally located within a 30-mile radius to a number of colleges such as UMASS Amherst, Western New England University, Springfield College, Wachusett, Quinsigamond, Holyoke Community College and many others. There are so many scams out there that this facility will ONLY give an application or take any personal information after an initial phone interview and after an in-person tour. We have a strict application process that applies to all candidates. THERE IS NO APPLICATION FEE All applicants are required to submit a rental application after a tour if they wish to proceed with the application process, at that time you must authorize a credit and background check. A minimum credit score of 620 is required. All applicants must have 6 years minimum rental history, stable 3-year employment history and at least 5 years of employment background to be eligible. Applicants must have an income of no less than 3 times the monthly rent to be eligible. Rental history, employment history, income and references are required and will be verified. **This is a pet friendly building however, all pets are considered on a case-to-case basis, all animals are subject to breed, weight and behavioral restrictions to maintain the safety of this building and its current residents. *Maximum 3 pets total allowed and no more than 2 dogs per unit.
