Price is $2250 and right in the heart of downtown one block from Civic Center metro station. More details below .... 1. Common makes city living better. We have hundreds of members in major cities across the nation 2. We provide our members with a private furnished bedroom within a beautiful shared suite. We provide the essentials for home, and members have the privacy and freedom to make it their own. 3. Members share a kitchen, bathrooms (usually), and a living room with your suitemates. This community space also comes fully furnished and fully-stocked, with weekly cleaning, supplies, cooking utensils, and new appliances included. 4. Shared suites are fully set up with high speed internet, Sonos speakers, and Smart TVs. On top of that, members have access to community spaces (backyards, rooftops, and/or basement lounges) that are shared with the other Common members in the home. 5. All shared spaces in your suite and in your home are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. This is included in your monthly rate. 6. Please note that we do not allow pets. 7. Couples can only move into certain rooms, so please verify with Common whether the room allows for couples to move in prior to touring any couples through that room.
