This home's is greatly over valued. Homeowners never maintained the property since it's purchase in 1966. It is in deplorable condition. There is toxic black mold throughout the atic space,inside the walls & ceilings. Gaping holes in the roof, eaves & interior sheetrock w/tooxic mold growth. Manditory mold remediation must be done prior to razing the structure. Physical integrity of the building is very questionable due to large tree limb strike to the west facing roof area by the garage in fall of 2005 that was never repaired.
