Homes are hundred yards away to the back and 175 feet to one side and 75 feet to the other. Part of yard is fenced and lots room for gardening with rhubarb and grapes currently. Home has good bones as they say and just had significant nice remodeling in kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. New gas and water meter and brand new water heater with 10 year warranty. Furnace gas and only ten years old. City water, sewer and garbage only $50 month. Bedrooms could use some touches and nice big family room with wood stove awaiting your chosen flooring.
