The land is gently sloped with some high knoll parts that could offer decent sun in high-summer with some development. Neighbor(s) have deposited literal tons and tons of trash large and small on the land. Some abandoned trailer dwellings remain as well as a multitude of broken down vehicles and torn apart engines... this is a machine graveyard! Philpot Ct is narrowed down by abandoned vehicles and is difficult to turn around once inside. With clean up, access is relatively easy and lightly sloped, with roughed-in driveways in place, but too hard to see them with so much debris. Drive-bys are welcome just use caution when on Philpot Ct, the road is very narrow.
