The bedroom has two windows and a walk in closet. It is a spacious bedroom. A window AC unit is provided. Very close to main street and the library! Short distance from the water and a park. Roommates: two professional women in their early-mid 20s. They are both easygoing, kind, respectful, and quiet. One has a cat that is very shy and sweet. Utilities (gas/electric/internet) are split three ways, averaging about 115/month per person. You will need to pass a credit and background check through the landlord. You will have 1 parking space. If you want a cat, that'd have to be worked out with the landlord. Lease is month to month, but roommates intend to stay at least a year!
