I've lived here for three years and love the area as well as this complex the only reason I am looking for a sub-leaser is due to a change in my living situation. Trash, internet, and one assigned parking spot are included in the rent. Other amenities include in-unit laundry, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a large deck/balcony. Tenants pay electricity, water, and gas. Rent is currently $780/month but will go up to $800/month in August. The building is very quiet with other young professionals living here, close to grocery stores, schools, pharmacies, the community center, and a number of bars and restaurants. Cats are allowed with a deposit and monthly pet rent, both of which are non-refundable. Dogs will only be accepted with the proper ESA documentation from a physician.
