Bring your trailers and trucks. The gravel parking allows for about 6 vehicles. Animals are welcome, allowing up to 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 4 horses only. Bring your trail bikes and off-road toys 4 fun! Pine Valley Recreation areas and the town of Veyo where fuel, provisions, and restaurants can be found less than 10 minutes' drive. The Santa Clara River including Baker Dam reservoir for fishing and non-motorized boating is only 5 minutes' drive by car or 4-wheeler. Horseback riding trails, hiking trails, paved bike trail can be accessed directly from the property so bring all your toys. Located about two hours' drive North of Las Vegas Nevada located in the Grand Circle Grand Canyon Zone. About 30 minutes' drive to St George City. The bedroom town of Central Utah is located by Pine Mountain, Gunlock Reservoir, Snow Canyon State Park, and Veyo Pies within about 10 minutes drive. Plan 1.5 hours' drive to Zion National Park and Cedar Breaks. Visit the lesser-known hot spots like Cedar City, Kolob Canyons Zion, La Verkin Falls, Toquerville Falls, and several other trail hiking, biking, riding areas with-in one hour's drive. The front of the log home includes plenty of parking for up to six passenger vehicles and pulled trailers for all your toys. Upon special contracted agreement onsite camping and special events are allowed. Plenty of green lawn space for outdoor play, events, weddings, retreats, reunions, and rendezvous. Large mature trees provide nice shade. One dog kennel out-building allowed for pet use. Horse corral allowed for horse use. Most other out-buildings are off limits unless negotiated in writing. The cozy main home will comfortably accommodate five people who don't mind open areas for sleeping within a voice throw. The main floor basic bathroom is shower only and is located directly across from the principal bedroom including a Queen size bed. The 1800's style stairway to the upstairs loft rooms includes a private half bathroom dividing two sleeping areas, one semiprivate area with a full bed at one end and two twin beds at the other end. Heating and cooling is provided throughout the house using window or wall mounted units on both the main and loft areas. Evenings cool down comfortably each night even through June, July, August, and September. Summers are generally dry with a few scattered monsoon showers. The large upstairs bunk suite includes a group room TV living area with couch, snack corner, 1 full sized bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed with trundle, and a full bathroom (large garden tub, no shower). Zoning requires 30-day minimum lease at this month to month furnished rental, which is available May through October each year. Property manager direct communication welcome. Yard care mowing and watering will be maintained regularly by property manager and owner throughout stay. All basic utilities are provided by Owner. No internet wired in, although cell tower devices should work fine. Extra Options: (Pets/Animals) Requires additional fees depending on length of stay. Dogs; Quantity allowed maximum is 2 domestic breeds only. Proof of current vaccinations required. Cats; Quantity allowed maximum is 1 domestic breed only. Proof of current vaccinations required. Animal/Pet fees vary from $25 - $100 monthly each animal. Animal/Pet Security Deposit fees vary from $200 - $500 each animal. ESA pets require Federal / State approved filed legally recognized documentation. Bunk Suite; Optional use available for 5 people requires additional fees depending on length of stay. Sleeping is a group room containing three queen beds and one full size bed. Bunk Suite rents/fees required depending on number of adults over 18 and length of stay. No additional cost for children. Children under 18 must have at least one adult supervisor tend over-night in bunk suite. Unsupervised children are not permitted anywhere on property at any time. Bunk Suite rents/fees are as follows; $250 - $500 monthly, plus additional security deposit of $500.
