Rent is for apartment, not per room. No smoking anything on premises, no holes in walls (consult with landlord re: hanging methods if necessary). Owner pays for water only; all else pd by tenants. Tenants cover cost of credit check if needed. No scented candles or fragrance-emitters. Other products that set off allergic reactions may stimulate a request to try something else....(landlord has to breathe). Landlord is grateful for the consideration by tenants about this territory. Evidently many have the same reaction.
