Utilities and wifi bill will be split evenly (avg. $110). Location: 50 Wellesley St. East, 806 - Very conveniently beside Wellesley station - 15-minute walk to campus - Nearby various restaurants/shops found along Yonge st. (2-min walk away) - Galleria 200m away, Loblaw's and Metro 10-minute walk The available room contains a window, closet, and bathroom, and is furnished with a queen-size mattress, bed frame, chair, mirror, and table. The unit itself is comprised of 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a balcony, and a living room. Refer to the floor plan for further details. In the kitchen are a sink, oven/stove, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Other appliances that are available for sharing are an air fryer, a blender, and a rice cooker. Located in the hallway are a washer and dryer with a storage closet beside them. There is an unused parking space and storage locker for the unit as well. Amenities provided by the condo for resident's include: - Gym - Pool - Lounge - Media/Billiard Room - Event Space - Barbeque - Pool - Guest Suites - Business Meeting Room - Guests can be brought over just as long as it's not late at night and the noise is kept to a minimum. - No tolerance for having people staying overnight for long periods of time - I don't smoke/vape myself but would be partial to vaping, as long as it's done outside. - Ideally, I want someone who can respect the environment and needs/wishes of their roommate.
