The home boasts historic barn wood and other unique architectural accents. Guests can relax in the first floor bedroom or off the private back deck! The home also has a full fridge, stove (propane) and microwave as well as a full bath and a super efficient washer/dryer combo unit that costs $10 per year to run. The hot water is "on demand" and runs off propane. You can use standard gas grill propane tanks or something a little larger. No need to have a propane company filling tanks. Heat and Air Conditioning is provided via an efficient Mini Split system. NOTE: ** This tiny home is not currently on site in New Providence.
