Set on 60 acres in Tavernier, FL at MM (Mile Marker) 92 in the Upper Florida Keys, this bright beachfront resort is 10 minutes north of Islamorada. Ocean Pointe Suites is a gated 24hr security guarded community. Nice and quiet with plenty of onsite things to do. Large, Jr. Olympic sized pool, 12 person hot tub, private beach with lounge chairs and a pier with shaded gazebo sitting above the Atlantic waters. There's also a nice shaded sitting area under the Cafe overlooking the Marina & Beach. This is great spot for an evening cocktail, private gatherings, card and other games, watching what was caught that day, or just simply relaxing with a book. The condos at Ocean Pointe Suites are individually owned and furnished. We utilize the onsite Property Rental Agency Provident. To get our specific pictured condo must be arranged through us, however all monetary transactions are handled between you & the Rental Agency once you accept our owner offered discount. You'd get the benefit of having the onsite contact. I also provide my contact information if any questions come up or if you're looking for any recommendations. RATES FLUCUATE by dates & length of stay, however I can offer an average 10% discount off of the published online rates. The departure housekeeping/cleaning is provided by the Rental Agency (no xtra charge to you) and for stays longer than 7nts, you can request complimentary mid-week housekeeping. Our condo features: 2 wall mounted flat screen TVs, full kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of cookware/bakeware/dishware, coffee maker (Mr.Coffee style) 5 barstools, a private balcony, washer and dryer inside the unit, telephone/landline, hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Large King Master Bedroom with ceiling fan and TV. Master Bathroom has shower. 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds and ceiling fan. 2nd Bathroom has bathtub with shower. The living room has sofa and TWIN pull out chair with ceiling fan and TV. Sleep max of 5 people. NO Pets / NO indoor smoking/vaping Minimum of 3night stays up to 4months. Seasonal Snowbirds Welcome. Please respect our neighbors, other guests and our property. No loud or disruptive behavior. If on-site security and/or local police deem it necessary for you to leave the property, you forfeit the remaining rent. The town of Tavernier is close by (1 mile) and you'll find the following there. Grocery Store, Family Dollar, CVS, McDonalds, Post Ofc, Hospital, Movie Theatre, Dunkin Donuts, Sports Bar, Chinese Take-Out Restaurant as well as many other restaurants close by. Just down the main road from the resort is Circle K convenience store w/ Shell Gas. You must show proof of insurance on the Boat and Trailer prior to arriving, and must be booked in advance. Options: on trailer parking in parking lot or In water slip. We find it less expensive to just pay the parking lot fee and launch the boat (using the onsite boat ramp) as needed subj to weather. MONTHLY PRICING. There is a 1time cleaning departure fee for stays of 1month or longer, however you can still get the weekly housekeeping at no xtra charge during your stay.
