We were the second family to purchase a home, so we occupied the home in FEB 2004 and watched while the rest of the neighborhood was being cleared off for development and ultimately completed. HOA fees are $60/QTR and well worth it to maintain the appearance of the neighborhood. The Oakridge community offers a park area with picnic tables, a lake with a fountain, and a doggie park. Wilshire Park is also a nearby public park with a walking track, playground, community pool, and a lake with fishing. The neighborhood is in a central location which allows you to be roughly 10 minutes from Dallas, Irving, Ft. Worth, Arlington, Grapevine, and the DFW Airport. Euless ranked the third best city in Texas to raise a family in 2008.
