It is a 4th floor corner apartment with lots of natural light and a balcony/patio with a beautiful view of the pool and courtyard. The master bedroom is spacious and connected to a walk-in closet. It is a 15-20 minute bus ride to UNC's campus, which comes every 15 minutes - super convenient! The bus stop is inside the village. It is also right off of I-40 so it makes commuting around the triangle much easier. It's in the same village as a Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks. Parking is available on site for all residents. Pet's are welcome! The rental price does not include utilities. This is a smoke-free community.
