Toilet new from when I bought (but water is leaking around it could be wax-ring)? - NEW kitchen drawers been replaced perfectly! - Paint-job was left as-is from previous owners, didn’t need to repaint. - Re-patched a hole in the ceiling in Master bedroom. EVERYTHING SHOWN GETS TO STAY in house such as; Appliances, Furniture, TV’s, AC’s, ETC. all good stuff!
