Wild River Townhomes is located in Sandstone, MN in a quiet residential area. We have first and second level townhomes and they all have a washer and dryer in unit. We are just minutes from highway 35E and downtown Sandstone. We do require a 12 month lease term. We pay heat, water, sewer and trash. Residents are responsible for electricity and if they choose to have phone, cable and internet. Garages are a first come first serve basis and they are $50.00 per month to run with the lease term. We allow small dogs 40 pounds and under full grown weight and cats. There is a $500 pet deposit required ( $250.00 refundable at move out ) and $50 per month pet rent. Pet deposit and monthly pet fee is per pet with a 2 pet maximum.
