Besides the lake, there are 3 ponds to fish in (this used to be a fish farm). A background check is required. We screen everyone. There are no drug deals going down, no criminals, no pedophiles, etc. so you will live in a safe place. This is like America used to be. Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and a monthly $25 pet fee, per pet. Water is included. High speed fiber internet available as well as natural gas.
