I am moving out of state for work so we are looking for 1 roommate. We have three guys living at this location before I move out. Person can move in as soon as contract is signed. Both individuals are employed and pay rent / bills on time. Everyone keeps to themselves and everything goes smoothly. It does not matter if the roommate is male or female. Your part of the rent would be $300.00 per month and 1/3 of the utilities/internet. Utilities and internet usually amounts to $50.00 or less, depending on how much we use the heater or ac.
