Within a 3-minute drive, you can access Target, CVS, Home Depot, Marshall's, Ulta, several groceries, and convenience stores. The Metro Blue line is adjacent to the community and provides easy access to USC, CSUDH, and downtown LA. Roommates The other two rooms are occupied by two working professionals. They both have their own bedroom and bathrooms and generally keep to themselves. The deposit is $975, plus the first month's rent of $975, which adds up to $1950 to move in. The rent moving forward is $975 plus utilities. The utilities average $90 to 110 month. The lease term is 6 months, then month to month. The application fee is $65 per adult. Every applicant must submit an ID and the proof of ability to pay and complete the application for consideration. Move-in After the open house, all complete applications will be processed within 72 hours.
