We recently put in recessed lighting in the kitchen and dining room. There is a new garage door opener, hot water heater, refrigerator, built in microwave, flat top stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are new ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. There are new ceiling lights in both bathrooms, entry way, hall, and master bedroom. In both bathrooms we just put in new mirrors, sinks with faucets and recycled granite counter tops. The kitchen has a new faucet and there is a reverse osmosis. The counter tops are white tile. We have mirrored closet doors in both bedrooms. The master bedroom measures 11' X 16 1/2'. The second bedroom measures 10' X 10 1/2'. This is an end, downstairs unit with an end garage. There is also open parking if you have more then one vehicle. Neighborhood Description This is a very quite neighborhood. Mostly elderly people. This is a small community without a lot of frills. We do have a community pool and spa, but no gym or club house. I feel this is a safe community and have never had any trouble. There ae security lights all through the community and on our patios. We do live right next to the 95, but there is a sound wall up and we have plants along the community chain link fence. When our doors and windows are open, you hardly hear the noise anyway.
