Looking for someone to take over my lease that ends in February 2021 with the option to renew. (I have to move for a job and unfortunately it happened with very short notice.) It's a beautiful apartment that gets constant daylight throughout the day with windows facing south and west. Seriously, the light in the place is awesome and the windows create a great cross-breeze. Balcony is on the small side but looks out over Hancock Park and has a view of the Hollywood sign. Rent is normally $2575, but I'm willing to cover $375 of it until the end of the current lease. If you take over or renew the lease in February, the rent will return back to $2575. Newly refurbished. Both bathrooms have a full bath and are very clean. Apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and central AC. Laundry room is right across the hall, which almost makes it feel like laundry is in the unit. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Neighbors are super respectful and kind. Garage parking includes two parking spots in a secure basement garage. Elevator access. Yup. The building manager (his name's Frank) is really responsive though we haven't had any need to contact him since we moved in. Either my wife or I are available to show the apartment at any time. And we are happy to answer more questions or provide photos as requested. Would ideally like to find someone who can pay the full rent, but there's some flexibility if you're trying to find a place within a budget. Also some flexibility on when you want to move in. We'll figure it out. Water included. Renter pays for electric and gas.
