I am an international student from Germany and I am leaving the United States in May. However, my lease runs until August and I am therefore seeking a person to sublease my room in my 4 bedroom apartment at The Reserve. The apartment is furnished and internet, cable, and water are included in the cost of rent. The Reserve offers a great variety of amenities (Pool, Volleyball and Basektball court, Free Tanning, Fitnessstudio, Theaterroom, etc) Move-in dates are usually not before August, so if you are seeking for a place to stay in Carbondale before that, or if you are simply looking for a place to stay over summer, don't hesitate to contact me!
