My husband and I need someone to take over our lease at Integra Woods in Palm Coast. We are buying a house and need someone ASAP. To clarify, you will NOT be a tenant or sub-leasing from us, the apartment will be in your name so you will have to apply just like normal. We are looking at closing on or around April 20, your move in would be May 1st or the first week of May. We previously had a couple who had agreed to take it over, but they have not been in touch with us for over a week and we are in a time crunch now. The rent is $967 per month. This includes pet rent for two dogs and a garage. The lease will be up for renewal on June 28 and the rent will go up, but not by more than $50. If you do not have pets and want to keep the garage, rent will be $947 per month plus whatever the increase is. If you only want the apartment, rent will be $887 per month plus whatever the increase is. You can only drop the garage at the time of the renewal. The apartment is a 2/2 on the third floor. Both rooms are a decent size and the bathrooms have plenty of room. There is also a built in desk unit between the second bedroom and bathroom. The ceilings are probably about 20 ft high (no I'm not kidding) as we are on the third floor and it makes the apartment feel so much bigger and spacious! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and the balcony looks out over the fountain. The building is located right next to the dog park. We will be putting new carpet in before we hand over the keys. Amenities are a beach entrance pool, propane grills, a state of the art exercise gym, a computer room/business center, a general lounge area with a big screen TV and a pool table, a fireplace outdoors, and a tanning bed. All of this is included in the rent.
