Fully stocked kitchen and living area has games for the family. Smart tv (Roku) is in the living area. The master bedroom w/King size bed and en-suite is located on the top floor. From the entrance you can go down steps and there is the 2nd bedroom w/a queen size bed. We also have a twin under this bed that pulls out. Washer and dryer are located going down the hallway. Keep going down the hall there is a full bathroom with jetted tub. At the end of the hallway is the last of the 3 bedrooms. This bedroom has a king size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Other things to note Note - if you are interested in this property, you will need to fill out the owner's rental agreement. This will include credit score and supporting employment documentation.
