In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: including a Kitchen Aid blender, immersion blender, juicer, espresso machine, instant pot, panini press, and rice cooker. The front patio has a propane fire pit, table and chairs, and a grill to enjoy. The entire yard is fenced. Plenty of parking. The home has two units that are locked off and separate. You only have access to the main floor of the house, not the basement which is where other tenants live. Please no parties and respect quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. We can discuss pets. You're only 4 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. 25 minute drive to Copper mountain, 15 minute drive to Ski Cooper. The Mineral Belt cross country ski/bike trail is right behind the house. The house is available starting sometime after September 9th, we are flexible. $2550/month for at least 6 months, all utilities included and fully furnished.
