We are located on W Wesley road, less than a mile from Bobby Jones Golf Course in Buckhead. 4K sq ft, 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house. Rent is ~$1500 + a security deposit. You would have your own exterior door to the backyard and bathroom with plenty of space. We have a great house setup, great landlord, and have a great time. We have amenities from a backyard, fire pit, grill, garage gym and a pool table! Your room would be unfurnished but we got the other rooms covered. No pets. We would look for someone to move in Late October to early November We keep the place clean because the house is nice. Dm me if you are seriously interested. we split utilities of electricity, renter's insurance, gas, and wifi. Super reasonable split between 4 people. no smoking and no pets.
