I must move due to family health reasons (huge bummer and this is a logistical nightmare) and need to find someone(s) to apply that can be added to my lease. I am out Aug 1st, and you will live here and pay for the apartment. You can ride out my lease as my "roommate" through March of 2027 and take over organically then, or you can negotiate a new lease with management right now and take me off completely and I won't be on the hook for breaking the lease. There is a process with management to get approved as a roommate, but it'll be minimal since I'm already qualified. Perks of making the arrangement as my roommate - I'm not charging you full rent so you'll live here for cheaper than anyone else. I'll eat the cost of utilities so you don't have to be nickel and dimed and will pay the flat rent offered. You don't have to pay a security deposit. You will be helping to alleviate some of the horror of the brokenness of this country that would punish someone who is trying to take care of a sick family member. There is a pool.
