The two private bedrooms and one bedroom for renting , the kitchen, dining room, living room are shared with me , but I'm only living at the condo sometimes . there are pool , gym , Jacuzzi in the community , it's a safe place and quite comfortable. No smoking allowed inside the house, if you want the house temperature higher 77 degrees in winter or lower 72 degrees in summer, you should pay a little extra for electric fees , your rental rooms included furnished, WiFi, water and electricity bills , no the video games , if you not at home, please turn off the TV , water and the computer, please keep the house clean always . Please keep quiet hour is 9 pm -9 am . thanks !
