Queen sleeper sofa also. Enclosed AZ room. All dishes, appliances, linens are provided. Full size washer and dryer. Basic cable, water and trash is included. Gated community...very secure and safe. The community has two pools, hot tubs, a spectacular gym, pickleball and tennis courts and so much more. Driveway for one car. A second parking space can be rented if needed. I'm looking for a six month lease but would consider shorter or longer but the price will be higher per month, either way. Tenant pays electricity and Internet. Premium cable is available through Dish TV. Pets are allowed. There is a great dog park in the community.
