Enjoy owning your vacation destination at The Lakes RV & Golf Resort. Site 23 is 40' on the concrete pad and will accommodate a Back-In RV. The pad has full hookups including electrical, water, sewage, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The park is zoned for recreational use and includes 2 daily rounds of golf at the adjacent Pheasant Run Golf Club (cart not included) which is only a short walk to the golf clubhouse. The gated resort offers two clubhouse facilities, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, laundry facilities, daily garbage collection, fishing lake and on-site management. An optional rental pool is available for members to participate in with management handling the nightly rentals. If in the optional rental pool, you have 21 days a year in which to stay on your site for $6 per night to cover the utility expenses. Please inquire for CCR's and RV restrictions that may apply.
