The house has been completely remodeled two years ago and then my ex tenants flew after being discovered growing [removed] inside, the house had to go through very extensive repair and rework. As of now, things are back in order. Bathrooms are in excellent conditions, shower tubs are as good as new because they probably do not use it and toilets are new. The kitchen are very good, except cooking range (the burners) has some debris which I could not clean off easily. Other than that, kitchen looks in excellent shape. The wall is newly painted. The only thing is the tile floor. The floor though indestructible, not damaged, but tainted with dirt. After a day's cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, windows, I AM SIMPLY TIRED. The house has small back and side yard which is almost maintenance free. My neighbor decided to plant a few bushes there. Well, maintenance it please Open house: Saturday 8/19th 1-4pm. The city garbage, sewage and water bills are two separate bills about $150 per month 10 depends on your water usage. $2500 deposits. Can be paid in a few installments. (Why, read below. I had been in that awful situation a few times.) What I am asking from tenants: Plan to stay for long. Pay the rent on time. Take good care of the house. What I am not asking from tenants: turn the house into a trash dump site or turn the house into some sort of growing plant. No [removed] or any kind of recreational drug production!! I am going to check my house periodically(every quarter or every six months). Serious inquires only.
