Private south facing room with lots of sunshine throughout the day facing nice front yard with 3 large floor to ceiling windows, blinds and blackout curtains already installed. Updated bathroom with bidet and shower filter would be shared with 1 person. There is an office if you work from home, nicely furnished living room which doesn't get used. There's also an upstairs and downstairs patio. You'd have your own fridge and there's a grill and garden box we share. We have a small dog, she goes to work everyday as well : ) 1 month lease, then can be month to month or long term, long term preferred. Garage is included, no smoking inside or by entryways, lgbtq friendly. Sorry, no additional pets allowed.
